In Giessen, Hagen von Ortloff displayed his collection of model trains and tin toys from the last century, as well as a few modern models. It was particularly interesting for children, though they were largely absent this time.

Shunting Yard 8 is a meticulously designed 1-gauge diorama from the era of the German Reichsbahn in the GDR, with a strong emphasis on detail. At the International 0+1 Gauge Days, it demonstrated that it’s hard to ask for more.

The Ore Mountains (Erzgebirge) in Saxony, Germany, offer a lot of variety in terms of railroad technology in a very small area. Ore Mountains stations and lines were the theme on the approximately 120 modules of the fourth Annaberg-Buchholz Gauge 1 operating days initiated by jübe-modelle.
