Two different companies named Kiss

The announcement reads as follows:

Dear customers,

Recently, there has been an increase in inquiries and concerns regarding the much-discussed issues surrounding the company Kiss Schweiz. We would therefore like to clarify that these are legally separate and independent companies. The similarity in names stems from the time when Kiss Modellbahnen was dissolved and two new, independent companies were formed.

Kiss Deutschland, and therefore Fine Models, is not involved in the discussions in Switzerland. You can be sure that you will receive your goods after paying your invoice.
